This is Vibrams first mid-range. This disc feels so good in your hands before you throw it you just know you will throw it well. When you do throw it, it is amazing. I throw at lower speeds than most. When I put it on an anhyzer and it held the line and then gently flattened out and laid down I knew it was special. David threw it and it did the same thing. We then threw it straight at full power and it barely flexed right then gently straightened out and glided for a long way. David parked it on a hole 265 ft. in the wind and it held this beautiful line. We threw hyzers with just as much control. The most amazing thing about it is its forgiveness. It is like a "Big Bertha". A huge sweet spot. When I meant to throw it dead straight and I lost it a little left with a little hyzer it only gently worked left. The same thing happened when I pulled it right it didn't flip over and it gently worked back to the left at the end. I almost always ended up with a good shot even with me throwing a little off line. I tried throwing a few forehands. It reminded me of my flex buzz. Very promising. After four rounds and many extra throws with it I feel it is the best mid-range I have ever thrown. Time will prove or disprove this but at this point I could not be more impressed with it. I recommend the Ibex highly. This disc is a stroke saver.

at this point in time probably not by a significant amount as they are only released as a fundraiser disc until their full production in early 2012 (This is what I had heard, but you would have to contact Steve Dodge for pure facts)
