Work day for Pumpkin Shootout.
When: Sunday, Oct. 21
Where: Start at Mesker Park at 8:00 a.m. We will move to Woodmere as soon as we get Mesker ready (noonish).
Who: All Ace Eagle members that can make it and any who would like to help out. We need as many members as possible to make this go quickly.
Things needing done: Weed eating, tree trimming, down limbs picked up, tee pads and baskets mulched, trash pickup.
Tools needed: Pickup trucks, chain saws, weed eaters, shovels, rakes, tree trimmers.
We will have more people playing our courses that ever before. It is our opportunity to showcase our awesome courses. Please help out as much as you can if it only means a couple hours. If you can't make it on the 21st spend some time in the next three weeks picking up down limbs and trash. All help is appreciated.
Adopt a hole sponsors, please take a look at your holes and do what you can before our work day.
If you have any questions about things needing done or other details contact me at 812-499-4248.
Please show up and do your part. There is more to being an Ace Eagle than occasionally showing up to play bag tags.
Thank you,
Jack Rudibaugh

Work Day
I would like to thank the 11 other people that showed up and worked Sunday. We were able to complete Mesker but did not get to Woodmere. If anyone has any time in the next two weeks please pick up loose limbs and trash at Woodmere.
Thanks.
Jack
