Centralia Bag Tag Tournament 2013

Hello everyone. It's almost time for our annual Bag Tag Tournament again, so here are the details.

Centralia Bag Tag Tourney/Membership Drive
Where: Foundation Park
When: Saturday, May 4
Registration from 8:00am to 9:30am
Tee off at 10:00am
There will be a one hour break for lunch. Food will not be provided, however there are several restaurants near the course for your dining pleasure.
Format:
36 holes-(18 on champ side, 9 on rec side, 9 temporary holes)

There is a $25 entry fee. This gets you a one year membership to the Centralia Disc Golf Club, a bag tag, entry into the 50/50 CTP and Ace Pool. Also, we will have CTP's, ring of fire, and a long drive competition. Prizes will include cash for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the tournament (maybe more with a good turnout). Discs and other swag will be awarded to winners of the CTP's, ring of fire, and long drive competition. Not to mention, this is your chance to rip it up on one of the top courses in the country.

This tournament is a fundraiser. All of the proceeds will go to course improvements, specifically better creek crossings. I think I have covered everything, but if I forgot something just post up here and we'll get you an answer. Thanks.

I grew up playing around stl and centralia had been my home course for several year. I recently moved to Mt Carmel which has no courses YET. If anyone needs a ride I would be happy to go out of the way and pick you up or meet somewhere to play this tournament. Best way to get a hold of me is texting to 618-334-4683. If you have never played this course it is more than worth the drive as it is ranked 25 on DGCR and in my opinion should be much higher than that.
